Annual Spelling Bee Thrills Students at Tierra del Sol

The annual spelling bee for our 3rd through 5th-grade students captivated students and staff on December 12. The competition featured an exciting showdown between the same two finalists as the last 2 years, showcasing their dedication and impressive spelling skills.
After several challenging rounds, the audience was on the edge of their seats as words became increasingly complex. The contestants demonstrated their linguistic abilities, poise, and determination under pressure.
The event highlighted the importance of literacy and academic competition, encouraging students to develop confidence and a love for words. Prizes were awarded to the top spellers, with the winner advancing to represent the school in the district-level spelling bee.
